Which length should I get?
20 inch sits around the collarbone. 22 inch falls just below it and is the everyday length most people pick. 24 inch sits on the upper chest, and 26 inch hangs lower for wearing over a tee or hoodie.
If you're between two, go longer — a thick chain sits a little higher than a fine one.
What is it made of?
Stainless steel. The Silver is the polished steel itself, so there is no plating to wear through. Gold and Rose Gold are plated over the same stainless steel.
How do I keep the colour looking new?
Take it off for the gym, swimming and showers, and keep perfume and cleaning sprays off it. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth and store it laid flat on its own so the links don't scratch against other jewellery.
How does it close?
With a box clasp engraved with CHROMIUM. Push the tongue in until it clicks, then close the safety latch over it.
Is there a matching bracelet?
Yes — the Cuban Link Bracelet comes in the same three finishes with the same CHROMIUM clasp.
Can I mix colours and lengths in a bundle?
Yes. Pick the bundle, then choose the colour and length for each chain — any mix, or all the same.
How fast does it ship?
Orders ship within 24 hours and usually arrive in around 5 days. Shipping is free on orders over $30.
What if it's not right?
All sales are final, so check the length guide before you order. If we send you the wrong colour or length, we replace it.
